There’s a shuttle from the airport and my driver was so nice and grabbed both my bags while getting on and off the shuttle. I had no issues with my car and got to pick from a lineup of options. “I had a really smooth experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After my insurance company arranged the reservation, I called the location and Collen answered the phone. Since my insurance only covered part of the rental cost, I asked for an economy car, and he confirmed availability for me.
When I arrived at the location, the pickup process was quick and hassle-free. The car met my needs and worked out well during my rental period. When it was time to return the vehicle, Collen assisted me again, and everything went just as smoothly. The billing was clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated.

Joe Mota was my service Rep and he provided a thorough assessment, including repair options ranging from low-cost cosmetic changes to a full rear panel replacement. He let me decide with zero pressure. Joe also cleaned the scratch and it looked 100% better when I left the shop. I really appreciated his honesty, professional guidance and customer service.”

I have been renting cars from Avis in Herndon, Virginia (near the IAD - Washington Dulles Intl airport) quite frequently in the past several years.
The manager on duty is usually Martha, and she's always professional and efficient. Never had any issues, and that's why I keep coming back.
In prior months, I mentioned to Martha I was looking to buy a particular car, and that it was hard to find even for a test drive.
To my surprise, one day I received a call from Martha asking if I wanted to rent that particular car and that it was available at her location.
The fact that Martha remembered a conversation with a customer weeks earlier -- that was above and beyond my expectations!!
Martha truly cares about her customers and this is much appreciated.”

“I had a wonderful experience renting from the Avis location at Fair Oaks Mall. I accidentally showed up a day early for my reservation and didn’t realize my mistake until I got there. Fortunately, Habtom, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly kind and accommodating.
Even though their car inventory was limited that day, he went out of his way to find me a vehicle and actually gave me a very nice car—probably nicer than what I would have had originally. What I appreciated most was how patient and gentle he was throughout the process. He clearly wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible.

“It was a quick and fairly easy process. My only feedback is regarding the temp deposit. First, maybe I overlooked it but I never saw anything about how much is required for a deposit. Then I learned if I use a debit card, it's $500 plus a credit check. It's one thing to be aware of and another for it to be a surprise when i pick up the rental. I'll still give Hertz a five stars since it might be my error.”
