Famous Footwear is a great store, well organized and wheel chair accessible. It is a go-to destination with a fantastic selection and impressive variety of footwear, including trendy sneakers, comfortable walking shoes, and stylish boots. Customers can find several pairs and score discounts, with reasonable prices and a clearance section. The quality of the products is noted for durability and comfort. The customer service is excellent, commendable, and top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, super friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Frequent sales and promotions make it affordable. The store ships to homes very quickly. A noted issue is that the cash registers can be extremely slow, making the checkout experience lengthy, but the helpful staff mitigates this. Overall, it is a highly recommended store for great shoes.
