“Love this Journeys it’s close to my house and my sisters love to go when we need a fresh new pair of shoes. Angel the manager knows exactly what he’s doing. I came in not knowing what shoes I wanted for my new style and Angel helped me picked beautiful shoes. The store is very nice and clean. I felt very welcomed. Honestly I feel like Angel should be running the place he’s awesome and kind and extremely patient and firm! Give this dude a raise and keep doing what you guys are doing!”
“I enjoyed shopping here. Very neat and clean. Lots of urban wear and high quality t-shirts. Jeans are the latest styles. Not very many shoes to choose from, they have many of the same shoes just to take up space on the wall. Store associates never approached me to see if I had questions. “Traveling for work, and needed to replace my boots. Went in on a Friday afternoon right before closing and was greeted by the most professional Red Wing salesman, Raúl. He made sure the boot I was getting was the PERFECT fit.
Red wings sell themselves. But what really stood out was Raúl's professionalism as well as attitude. I thought he was owner operator of the store with how much he was happy to help me find my new boots. He told me he was not but one day soon.
When these boots eventually need to be retired and I need a new pair, I'll be calling Raúl from my homestead up in Maine to ask for a new pair.
