I bought a Miele S8 years ago and Nova Vacuums has helped me reasonably maintain it for years. Great customer service (I go to the Manassas location). Support this local shop, we need brick and mortar businesses like this!

I took my shark vacuum in for repair and Charles was amazing. I am so grateful for all of his help and if i could leave more than 5 stars based on my experience I definitely would.

Impressive service and excellent communication. Charles knew how to answer all my questions and was knowledgeable about the issue I had with my vacuum and provided different solutions that revolved around my budget. He also dealt really well answering my foggy brain because of fasting 😊
