“I recently purchased a Simplicity S67 Stick Vacuum. Upon meeting Charles who was very kind and knowledgeable about his products. He didn’t just try to sell me any vacuum. He inquired about my usage and needs. In addition to educating me, he provided a demonstration with the vacuum I eventually settled on. I also had him clean two of my older vacuums which he did a fantastic job. He was able to restore them to excellent working condition. I am very happy and pleased with the professional service I received and would definitely recommend Charles and Nova Vacuums. Charles, thank you very much!”

“I believe this is a family run business. Got a great deal on a NEW out of box Whirlpool washing machine. The owner sells new & used, some in-box appliances as well. Friendly and great tips answering my questions after 4 or five visits. Shopping for our home and also took my elderly neighbor - she bought elsewhere- but we needed our machine NOW -- came in handy just in time. Thank you Mr. Owner !!!
