Friendly and great tips answering my questions after 4 or five visits. “I recently purchased a Simplicity S67 Stick Vacuum. Upon meeting Charles who was very kind and knowledgeable about his products. He didn’t just try to sell me any vacuum. He inquired about my usage and needs. In addition to educating me, he provided a demonstration with the vacuum I eventually settled on. I also had him clean two of my older vacuums which he did a fantastic job. He was able to restore them to excellent working condition.
