He inspected our propane tank, helped us with relighting our hot water heater, and educated us more with our gas lines. He also provided us Educational material related to propane. His customer service was so refreshing and so professional. What an exceptional employee. Do NOT let him get away please! W & C Baldwin”

“Online booking was easy to use. When I arrived for my U-Haul rental, there was one customer service person to multiple customers. Another customer service person eventually came from the back to assist other customers. There was only one customer in front of me, and I had to wait about 20 minutes before being helped. When it was my turn to be helped, I had to scan a QR code and follow instructions on the screen to confirm my U-Haul rental. The first U-Haul truck I received had a check engine light on when I started it up. One other U-Haul truck also had a check engine light on. I requested a new U-Haul truck that had no maintenance notifications/issues. While using the U-Haul, the stabiliTrak notification kept coming on during the trip. Returning the U-Haul truck once done with it was easy as one of the employees came out to get the keys and I was able to go on my way. The main issue with this location is that they need to do a better job at checking the maintenance notifications before renting these U-Hauls out. It makes me wonder how often these U-Hauls get serviced.”
