This branch is the worst branch I ever did business with. The tellers and the managers are so rude, they make you feel so unwelcome.

If I could give a zero, I would. After a month, have still not been able to close my deceased mother's account despite 4 hours of appointment time. Still not resolved. Frustration is an understatement.
