“I’m a new resident in Virginia. There is an official UPS counter located inside the True Value 360 hardware store! This official UPS counter is situated in the back of the store and accepts all Amazon return QR codes, which makes the process super convenient!
The gentleman working at the UPS counter is very friendly and helpful. Processing can be a little slow at times, even for a few packages, but it doesn’t bother me at all since the line is usually short. I really like this location, the setup, and the friendly service.
This True Value 360 store combines a full hardware section where customers can shop for lawnmowers, grab convenience items, and take care of UPS returns all in one stop!”
