“Stopped here on Friday morning, August 23, 2024-and it was super nice. Very clean restrooms and friendly/helpful staff. Stopped again on Tuesday afternoon, August 27, 2024, and the staff working appeared confused, asking other employees, dropping items on the floor, loosing attachments from an item, and had to look up prices of items, which then appeared to be incorrect. $24.70 for cold chicken tenders??? Nice place-just be aware.”

Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
