Cardtronics is a Nordstrom store located at the Fashion Galleria in a great location. The customer service is absolutely insane, excellent, welcoming, fantastic, kind, helpful, friendly, attentive, and amazing. Employees go above and beyond and treat customers like royalty. The store is always stocked with nice things, including colognes, perfumes, shoes, and kids shoes. They also offer last-minute tailoring. The return policy is amazing. The store features an incredible coffee bar and first-rate food, including a seasonal taco salad. Be aware that parking can be tough and the lots are often full, requiring a long walk. The store is also way too busy during mega sales.
Michelle is fantastic in perfume! She was so kind and helpful when I stopped by looking for a new bottle! Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!

The customer service here is absolutely insane. I was treated like royalty which was crazy unexpected for my age at high end store! Excellent and helpful friendly employees, and the coffee bar was incredible.Love this store! I will never step foot in here again though on the mega sales. Way too busy.

John In the Nordstrom kids shoe department was AMAZING today 11-17-2022. He went out of the way to find the PERFECT pair of winter Ughs for my 18 month old granddaughter. His customer service was amazing. Great guy!!! Give him a promotion.
