“I went in looking for a ballgown for an event. The sales clerk was absolutely fabulous, even removing two gowns off of mannequins for me to try on. I fell in love with the first one, and she gave me her honest opinion with each dress I tried; the first one was her favorite. I stepped away for a bit to see if there was anything else I liked, but after an hour of still thinking about the gown, I went back and got it. The sales clerk was extremely friendly and, when I left for a break, she did not try to pressure me into anything, which I REALLY appreciated. I definitely recommend Chaliskan for the quality of their products and the superior shopping experience provided by their clerks.”

“Just want to give a shout out to Phillip. This store is certainly their flagship store and has better inventory than others but customer care will make or break you no matter what the quality of product is. On an absurdly busy Saturday, Phillip still manages to give you his undivided attention(you know he is doing 15 different things at once). Phillip has great instinct and gives phenomenal style guidance. I only visit this store when I'm looking for something specific. Even when I know what I am there for, Phillip always manages to offer an alternative option that is way off my radar and often looks better than what I was initially thinking. Really appreciate you my man!”
“Minh is amazing at finding you the jeans you need. I hate jean shopping because it’s always close but never perfectly comfortable. But Minh recommended a few different fits, knew everything about the different cuts, and went above and beyond the minimum to find me the jeans that fit me without needing to cinch down a belt. I will only do my jeans shopping here. Unfortunately, that means only once a decade.”
“I've been buying Lilly clothes for past 15 years. I love the bright preppy resort wear esp the pops of pink. The clothing line makes you look forward to summer. They offer 10% military discount, in store only. I came here to buy a birthday gift. The sales people were cheery with no attitude issues.”

“My wife and I first discovered this store last year while exploring the Galleria at Tysons, and what a gem it is. The clothing—boho-chic and vintage-inspired—manages to be both playfully unique and elegantly refined, without ever feeling stuffy or pretentious. The colors, styles, and quality all exude a certain panache that makes the whole place feel special.
Beyond the clothing, the fragrances and accessories are equally delightful. We’re especially fond of the Amber Woods scent—it’s become a favorite.
However, the heart of our great experiences here has been the people, especially Joseph. On both of our visits, he and his associate (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) went above and beyond. Joseph isn’t just skilled at showcasing Johnny Was apparel—he makes you truly appreciate the joyful experience the store has created. That rare blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine passion makes him a standout sales associate, and his colleague was equally wonderful.

“I haven't been to Bloomingdales in a couple of months due to travel. I went in today and immediately I felt different. The environment is more welcoming, and the associates were so nice, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to stop a young lady who appeared to be the manager and ask what has changed. She shared with me that they are intentionally stepping up their service efforts. I will be sharing my experience with all of my girlfriends. I am so excited. #BloomingdalesRocks #HappyShopping”

“Deeqa is a wonderful employee! I came in on 06/17/26 to ask about bag cleaning services. I brought three purses in and was told that it might take a few days for the process due to them being short staffed. I explained to Deeqa my situation and she promptly cleaned the bags I brought. I was done in maybe 15 minutes. She really clutched up for me and I appreciate workers like her so much. We also had great chats about older bags I had brought in! Overall super friendly and best believe my bags are sparkly clean!!”

“I loved the ambiance and walking into this store to view and try on clothing. The manager Justin and staff are friendly and helpful. I have a pair of shoes with a jewel that fell off and it needed to be repaired. They sent it out for me to repair instead of having me find a shoe repair shop that can repair it. While it took a while to get it back, I am so happy with the concerige, VIP services. Thanks for the over the top customer service!”
