“After my wife and I married; we began looking for a queen-size quilted bedspread and after a lengthy hunt we found one that we liked at Crate and Barrel. The years have gone by and the bedspread was beginning to get small tears, and so the hunt began to find one that met our tastes. We looked everywhere in person and online, and we found nothing. The search went on for over a couple of years. A recent search of the Bloomindales's sight turned up a French-made bedspread that both of us liked. We confirmed this feeling when we visited the Tysons store. The salesperson was quite nice and she spent over a half hour with us making as sure we would be happy with our purchase. The bedspread was not cheap but when it was delivered and we saw it on our bed; it was worth every penny. Thank You Bloomingdales for ending our search. John K Nusbaum Reston Va.”

“Although online shopping has become even more convenient and you can probably get the same thing (if not more selection) faster online, my focus on this review is about the excellent and welcoming service I received at the Nordstrom at the Fashion Galleria. Ginger helped me pick out and try different skirts, walking around the floor. They also helped me with some last-minute tailoring as well. Be aware that parking can be tough- it can be a long walk as the lots are often full.”

The environment is more welcoming, and the associates were so nice, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to stop a young lady who appeared to be the manager and ask what has changed. “If you're a businessperson who wears women's suits, this is THE place to get them. This Macys has a HUGE selection of nice, affordable suits from several different brands. The other local Macys tend to only have a couple racks of mismatched women's suits, but this one has - gosh, probably 50 racks? 100 racks?? Literally like 1/4 of a whole floor is dedicated to women's workwear and suits. Absolutely worth the trip out here - you WILL find something!!!”

“I recently went to the store to return a pair of pants that were the wrong size. I was initially greeted by a very friendly person who was having problems executing the exchange due to being unable to locate the sku. She then enlisted the help of her manager, Christoph/Cristoph (I hope I spelled that correctly). He was swift and effective identifying the issue, and exchanging the incorrect pair and ordering me the new pair all within minutes, making the procedure short and painless. This type of high-quality customer care is why I will continue to buy at Abercrombie and enjoy the products and value that it offers to its customers. To reiterate the manager is an excellent example of professionalism and class and I hope the company at a large notices that.”
