“Our rep was exceptional. I was assisting my wife upgrade her mobile phone. She doesn't like to spend money in general and doesn't value all the features that the latest phones offer. But her old phone was dying so she felt she had no choice but to deal with the lengthy and at times confusing process of changing phones. We are long time Verizon customers with 5 lines for our family plan, so I've worked with lots of Verizon store associates over the years. The Verizon associate was not pushy - just patiently answered all our questions in a clear, friendly, and helpful manner. She didn't recommend more than we needed, which ended up being not the latest model but one for which we qualified for a good discount. My wife's phone was set up quickly and we went shopping while all the data was transferred. When we returned walked my wife was walked through all the functionality changes since her older phone was quite a bit different. The visit was actually a very positive experience for what can be a rather exasperating one. I will return to this location in the future!”
“Ash was amazing. Ash solved a problem and got my service activated in ~10 min which 6+ hours on the phone with Verizon's 800 number couldn't do. Ash even explained to the manager how to solve one of the issues we encountered. I wish I would have gone to Ash first instead of trying to port my number and get VZ service via the VZ website; I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.”
