“My dad recently got scammed by someone posing as a Verizon rep and Sean took his time to patiently assist my dad for over an hour to prove to him that he was being baited for a scam. He was so kind, understanding, and empathetic of my dad's situation and really went above and beyond to make sure my dad was taken care of. I will never forget Sean and how supportive he was. Gave him a big hug when we were done and I wish I could give him a hundred more.”

“About two weeks ago, my android phone was hacked and totally disabled. I contacted the TMobile Experience and was told the best time to visit to have my phone serviced. Jimmy and Reggie were great(as was Logan) for giving me clear accurate information and prompt service. All my phone functions were inoperative when I went in. I left with a functioning phone and clear path to restoration within 1/2 hour and was told to return with any other problems. I did a few days later to resolve some final issues. Great Experience!”
“This review is specifically for Obi at the Genius Bar. I went to this Apple Store after a bad experience at the one in Clarendon. Obi was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he set realistic expectations upfront regarding the prognosis of my MacBook. I ended up trading it in for a new one. Obi was also able to fix my iPhone charging port! During my two hours at the store, I observed him skillfully working with several clients providing them with the same level of service.”
