“I went in looking for a ballgown for an event. The sales clerk was absolutely fabulous, even removing two gowns off of mannequins for me to try on. I fell in love with the first one, and she gave me her honest opinion with each dress I tried; the first one was her favorite. I stepped away for a bit to see if there was anything else I liked, but after an hour of still thinking about the gown, I went back and got it. The sales clerk was extremely friendly and, when I left for a break, she did not try to pressure me into anything, which I REALLY appreciated. “This is an overdue review of the great experience my fiancé and I had shopping for rings at Solovey! Stacey, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful over our several visits to the store. She also didn’t bat an eye at our modest budget and still managed to present a lot of options to us. In the end, she got her goldsmith to add a stone to an existing band for my engagement ring, and I got a lovely engraved wedding band at the same time. Highly recommend Solovey for their great vintage selection and customer service.”

“I need service on my diamond ring and called Diamond Exchange. I wasn't sure if I was able to receive the service because I called after 5pm and the store closes at 6pm. I spoke to Mr. Brendan and he was very delightful to talk to. He said if I can make it by 6pm, no problem, he could help me. I came from GMU and unfortunately the traffic on 123 was terrible. But, Mr. Brendan was kind and waited for me. If you are looking to exchange or buy diamond or jewelry, you need to check out this place before you make your purchase. “Shopped there mainly when they were in Rosslyn, then rediscovered them when walking along Wilson Blvd. Past few weeks, I hadn't noticed the sign, and was wondering what happened to them. Glad to see that they have resurfaced in McLean. The sales staff was always so kind, and patient (there used to be a tall, slim lady, who worked Saturday's, in Rosslyn--she was a gem!), and in edition to beautiful clothing, the jewelry selection was unique. Will have to stop by the new location.”
