Elizabeth from the Nordstrom baby department was phenomenal! We came in without an appointment without any knowledge of strollers and she helped us pick out the cybex and a travel stroller. Incredible customer service from her. 10/10 would recommend talking to her if you need help in the baby department

This is niche, but their Jellycat section has been getting better and better! Shout out to Charlotte that I believe works at the kids section. I only found out Nordstrom had Jellycats because of her videos on social media. She also helped me at the cashier today and was the sweetest!

The products here are decent but customer service is lacking tremendously. Hard to find someone to help you and I got crazy attitude from a lady at the pick up section. Its hard to believe there was a time when customer service was genuinely helpful and friendly.
