“Still a favorite once fall hits ! This time I tried their jams and I highly recommend. Mango and strawberry jams were so good and of course the apple cider donuts! A pack of donuts never make it home so we always buy 2 ?. Everyone here is always nice.”
“This place saved my life! I tried two hardware stores, Michael’s, Target, and Home Depot for a last minute Christmas tree stand and none had one. Meadows Farms had multiple stands in multiple sizes! Super affordable in price range, too. The customer service was impeccable and this place is so unassuming upon first glance. As a first time buyer, I was impressed. I will absolutely be back in the spring for flowers/plants!”
“ALYSSA AND IVY - These are two rockstars that I will never forget. When it comes down to making sure the customer has an experience that is worthwhile, these ladies will make it happen. I had a friend who I haven’t seen in years come from North Carolina to come check out the area. Unfortunately we missed our window for the DIY workshop, but that did not stop the show! They encouraged us to still look around and find a plant and assured us that, we can indeed, purchase today if we’d like. Which we did. I was so moved how the young ladies help me conceal my gift so that the element of surprise remained. They truly did not have to go above and beyond the way they did and it really means a lot to me. They have made their way into my memories haha. In a GREAT WAY!! I would have to say, you all are doing a terrific job and I’m sure the community feels the same. Thank you again ladies!

“Bought our first real Christmas tree here today and could not be happier with the great service - from carrying the tree to get trimmed, to the rolling it out to the car and strapping it to the roof all within 10minutes. So easy, so fast and friendly, which when with a toddler, makes life so much easier. The trees are about double what we paid at lots in the past, but I would still come back for the good service ($190 for an 8ft tree). Looks good in the stand so far too! Hoping it lasts a month :)”

“We got our Christmas tree from Pablo this year and had a great experience. The trees were all open so that we could see how full they were and smell them, and we got the freshest, most full tree that we have ever had. Pablo's trees all seemed like great quality and we love that they are pretty locally sourced, too. He was also friendly and helpful and loaded it onto our car for us - thank you Pablo, and merry Christmas!”
“Arrived just before 5 on a Friday afternoon. I had called before I came and been told they closed at 6pm not 5.The people to help had left a bit early ( it had rained ). The gentleman who was there ( not one of the manual laborers) was exceptionally helpful. He could have just said ‘They are gone’ or ‘Not my job’. Instead he left what he was doing and loaded 10 bags of mulch into my car, and was exceptionally polite and kind.Thank you soo much Sir. You made my day - actually my whole weekend!! “In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”
“Wonderful garden department. Very convenient and store representatives are usually helpful or at least try to be (Ace Hardware has much better trained and knowledgeable store reps). Whenever any packaged product is bought, however, usually go to the hardware/fastener section to purchase real screws or hardware for the product, as sometimes the included hardware is of such poor quality that they don't hold up, e.g., screw heads that shear off when you use a power screwdriver - good luck digging out the screw post. Nails that are of questionable integrity and content. Stainless steel hardware should not rust. Nonetheless, very happy that they have and offer what they do, as they are very convenient. Also find their Android app to be very convenient.”

“I stopped by Mid Atlantic Wholesale Florist/Conklyn’s Florist to create a tropical-themed arrangement for a small party, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! As someone who loves floral design, visiting a wholesaler was such a treat.

“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”
