The arrangement was so fresh, full of premium flowers, and arrived for an early morning service on time. The service here is excellent and the arrangements are so very beautiful. “Good Earth is a gem. We've been twice in the last two weekends to get plants and found the nursery to be outstanding. Their plant selection is excellent, but more importantly is the incredible customer service we've received both times we've been there. Shout out to Nancy in particular - she's amazing. “Saw the sign advertising “Bonsai” while driving towards DC and so glad I was able to stop by! This place has a beautiful selection of exotic plants, I’ve never seen anything like this before! I have been wanting a bonsai for a long time and so glad I found this hidden gem! I was in DC for business and had to fly back with my plant to Minnesota. The owner was very helpful and gave me a box to carry the plant in! He also provided care instructions and helped me pick out a bonsai. They have great pricing and a great selection of plants. I would highly recommend purchasing from them!”

“We got our Christmas tree from Pablo this year and had a great experience. The trees were all open so that we could see how full they were and smell them, and we got the freshest, most full tree that we have ever had. “Arrived just before 5 on a Friday afternoon. I had called before I came and been told they closed at 6pm not 5.The people to help had left a bit early ( it had rained ). The gentleman who was there ( not one of the manual laborers) was exceptionally helpful. He could have just said ‘They are gone’ or ‘Not my job’. Instead he left what he was doing and loaded 10 bags of mulch into my car, and was exceptionally polite and kind.Thank you soo much Sir. You made my day - actually my whole weekend!! “I have been taking my lawn equipment to VOPEC for quite some time now but as of late I have been especially impressed with the quality of service I have received. Not sure if they are under new management but a gentleman named Jacob demonstrated incredible customer service while demonstrating that he genuinely cared about the quality of work that this shop was putting out. If you work in the trade industry you should know how hard it is to find folks who take pride in what they do. You will never have to worry about that with Virginia Outdoor Power Equipment Co. “I had to pick up a couple of new strands of Christmas lights cause good luck finding the bulb that doesn't work lol!Was happy to see they still actually had a large selection instead of being sold out like in recent years.Got two packages of lights, a new pot for my ever-growing, orchid, and a new cute little succulent. Literally, every employee I passed, said hello to me, had a big smile on the face and it was genuine and warm and welcoming. It was a really good vibe. Steven was my cashier and he was amazing! So friendly, helpful, and he also had a big warm smile on his face!”
“Received an unexpected arrangement. It was stunning. Each pedal on every flower was pristine, as were the leaves and greens. They're holding up very well. Since everything was so perfect, I wondered if the arrangement had been gathered from flowers and greenery inside the van then assembled just before reaching the subdivision. Never seen such freshness and beauty.”
“I came in last night to get a thermostat guard and some drip pans for my plants. Everything was very easy to find and also very well stocked. Self checkout was a breeze even though there were also cashiers available too. I recommend this location because they have a great selection in the garden department.”

“Unfortunately I would give this location a negative 1 star due to the fact they could not match the mulch that was on sale 5 for 10 (Virgo $2 a bag). I had two employees and a manger in customer said they could match that, for the brand they have now (Scott). But when I went to cashier to get the bags, cashier said I can’t do that, ask for a manger and this other manger that came said I can’t do. I live very close by and now I have drive out of my way to another store location that farther! They lie about there deals and are sneaky about sale prices with hiding them. So corporate will hear this manager that said we can’t do, picket location all store obey by it!

I had a great experience with two employees name Raphael and Joe (will correct the name if I’m wrong) for helping me get a mechanic tool box, they were both very patient and took the time to get things rights, I respect Raphael going out of his way to get the box I want and help me with the better price. Joe didn’t leave me hanging after I ask for help for my purchase, Joe helped bring the mechanic tool box out to my truck and help me lift it, thank you both!”
“This review is essentially about Home Depot's access to the Bagster service.I had hundreds of pounds of old roofing that needed removal. You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking.It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time.They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone.It's thebagster.com.”
“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”
“Hi! I haven't been to a HD in a while, but knew this was one of the best run & well stocked from friends. Was in the neighborhood for another reason & needed Frost Covers for outside water connections, weather advisory. Stopped in on Saturday, super busy, but a fun energy, Holliday Decorations were out for Christmas- discounted early so snagged a few. Watched the little ones be so excited at the animated decorations moving & singing like being at Disney World. Garden Shop had great reductions on Flowers, so bought some season appropriate. Needed some brooms & floor cleaners, again great prices. Then the search began, Faucet Covers. Walked everywhere- no where in sight. Walked up front & a super helpful HD Employee walked up & said what do you need? I described - he says without missing a beat, back to the left, between aisles 38 & 39 in between on a display. I was skeptical but went anyway. Sure enough right where he says! Perfect experience great selection and even better prices. Thank you Biz!”

I went into this flower shop and I saw a very pretty plant and was told it was the only one they had left. Decided to buy it and send it to my daughter and son in law on their wedding anniversary. They received it on Monday, September 28 and they placed it on their dinning room table and it looks great. Thanks for a great job.”
