My great experience started via email, where I spoke with Erik who was so kind, warm, and helpful. I don’t know a lot about selling gold, but I know I loved these pieces a lot; so this first step helped ease my nerves.When we got to the store, everyone was so kind, so welcoming, the store was pristine and well organized. I had to remind myself I wasn’t shopping because they had so many beautiful pieces! Not only were they kind to me, but so welcoming to my fiancé and our dog.They took their time evaluating each piece, explained what they were worth as well, and what the process they were doing was, and were very honest. Despite taking the necessary time, they were very quick and efficient and could answer all of my questions. I was incredibly impressed with the offer they made on my gold and jewelry, and was so touched by how seriously they took my feelings about parting with these pieces.We will be returning to resize my fiancés wedding band, and to change the prongs on my engagement ring. “We originally went to Gucci to buy a watch but needed some links taken out. Gucci has an account with Khoury so we walked up to get my fiancé's watch resized. While we waited, we started browsing and ended up checking out some wedding bands for him. I didnt catch the name of the lady who helped us out but she was great! We were super indecisive about what we liked but she was patient through it all and in the end we ended up finding his wedding band! The transaction was super easy and his band was ready in two and a half weeks. We went back and picked it up with ease!”

“We recently stopped by the Chanel Boutique for some major retail therapy. The store is currently at a temporary location in the mall. The store did have a line of 2 groups before we could get in.I do find the process of lining up outside the store a bit annoying and I am seeing more and more stores using this to show popularity or manage shoppers.We did have a good experience once we were finally allowed in the store. The sales consultants (trying to be fancy for a uber-fancy store) were very helpful and took time to show us the products and answer all the questions we had.We had a good shopping experience (I'm sure my wallet is not so happy) and do plan on coming back soon.”

“Not sure what's happened since the past reviews, but went in today and had an great experience. The security guard(s) was super nice to me, said hi when I came in, made some small talk, asked about holiday plans and shared his own. The what I'm assuming is the manager, was also super kind and welcoming and so was my SA. I came in for a pick up (after ordering online). They let me slide on the appointment since I didnt make an appointment, guess the pickup was enough to satisfy as an appointment?. I tried on what I bought (everyone helped me out), they offered me a beverage and their maison chocolate (told me about potential allergies, for anyone this applies to). Honestly felt like almost everyone in the store was waiting to serve me so I had a great experience. First time going into a VCA store but would def go back. This experience may be standard for these types of stores but no complaints from me. Also small but niche thing to note, no one was following me around as I browsed while waiting for them to get my stuff. This happened in a store (not VCA), when shopping in a different brand's store on rodeo drive. First and only time I've experienced such a thing (and no they didnt do this for everyone just me and my friend), but left a bad taste. Speaks to the trust this store has between those who visit and the employees. Also everyone who came in (even when turned away because no appointment) so nice. Overall good vibes.”
