My great experience started via email, where I spoke with Erik who was so kind, warm, and helpful. I don’t know a lot about selling gold, but I know I loved these pieces a lot; so this first step helped ease my nerves.When we got to the store, everyone was so kind, so welcoming, the store was pristine and well organized. I had to remind myself I wasn’t shopping because they had so many beautiful pieces! Not only were they kind to me, but so welcoming to my fiancé and our dog.They took their time evaluating each piece, explained what they were worth as well, and what the process they were doing was, and were very honest. “We originally went to Gucci to buy a watch but needed some links taken out. Gucci has an account with Khoury so we walked up to get my fiancé's watch resized. While we waited, we started browsing and ended up checking out some wedding bands for him. I didnt catch the name of the lady who helped us out but she was great! We were super indecisive about what we liked but she was patient through it all and in the end we ended up finding his wedding band! The transaction was super easy and his band was ready in two and a half weeks. We went back and picked it up with ease!”

I needed a battery replaced in my watch, which they did quickly and for a fair price. It definitely beats running out to Tysons, which I've done before. I learned today that the shop has been in Annandale almost as long as I have. If I have future needs for watch repair or for a new watch, this is going to be my first choice. As an Annandale resident, I intend to support good local businesses. I'm sorry I didn't know about this shop in the past but I intend to correct that oversight in the future.”

“I walked into this store without an appointment to see if I could get my gold necklace with a crucifix with a gnarled chained (badly tangled). I was there a couple years ago to get the clasp (same necklace) replaced and it has held up very well. Sue took me right away, offered me a seat and refreshment while she worked on my necklace. She also steam cleaned it and showed me how to store it properly to avoid future gnarls. Superb customer service with no charge. I've worked retail for years and have seen it all. Kudos to this company and Sue! I will definitely recommend them to my friends.”
