“I love this place. We travel from Michigan to visit family in East Tennessee every year. Abingdon is a must go to every year. I tell my family and friends about Abingdon oil that when I return for our annual visit, they have a list for me as well. I recommend highly stopping by Abingdon oil is a must to visit”

“Food Citys been my main grocery store since I was born I know more than half the staff foods fresh and amazing also I work with a local food bank and a majority of the food comes from food city so they also do charity work also is a great place to get a job if your a young teen I go here all the time to this day a great place hope it stays in town forever parking is easy most of the time for the handicap folk yes it's wheelchair accessible tried it myself.”
“Friendly staff, good food in deli. The store is slowly getting more healthy varieties of food items, both fresh, frozen, produce. Need to add light Mayo back to the shelf items. It's been gone for over a month. Great meat and department !”

“Is a little place where you can find almost anything, if they don't have what you need, they ordered it for you. Is a place where you can find the best corn tortillas, the ingredients to make different Mexican salsas, all the ingredients to make Mole, Tamales and my favorite PAN DE DULCE and Bolillo etc...... I recommend it to visit.”

“Why won’t they ever answer the phone??! I wonder if I even have the right number the number . I am using the one that’s on there. It says to leave a message after the beep , rings a bunch and then says that. Sounds like a house number answering machine and they never ever ever answer.”

“I just had the BEST experience at the Abingdon Food City ? I was doing some grocery shopping & I'd been up all morning as my MIL has been in the hospital, so I stopped at Starbucks for coffee first. While checking out my 2 yr old spills my coffee after trying to take a sip & realizing it was HOT. The young man at the self check out Brennan was SO NICE about it (I felt TERRIBLE ?) & assured me things happen & not to worry about it as I was getting ready to leave he stops me & tells me if I go back to starbucks they would make me a new one. I went back and the barista Kylie made me one with the BEST attitude & sweetness ? it's been a really tough couple of days & this kind of customer service really turned my spirits around ? ty Brennan & abingdon food city ❤️”
“Dollar General is a nice store to get cheap stuff. Many times the quantities of things tend to be less than what you would find in the packages you would get from Walmart or a grocery store, but it's generally the same quality.Surprisingly, Dollar General is an excellent store to get nice looking plastic flower pots, and they have a bunch of other random stuff you wouldn't expect, although I don't generally recommend their hardware products.”

“I want to thank the employees of Dollar General that worked on January 22, 2025. You have no idea how incredibly grateful I am that you were there to accept the FedEx package I picked up the same day. I have been waiting for FedEx to deliver our dogs’ food that we cannot get locally since January 7, 2025 and somehow FedEx was able to deliver a new order placed January 17, 2025 to this location by January 22, 2025 where the AWESOME employees of this Dollar General kept it safe! You made three dogs VERY happy! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
