“The nicest people , I recently took my car to them after a failing relationship with my regular mechanic of years. They serviced it once and weeks later it was having the same issue - as soon as I called they had me stop driving it. Met me with a loaner car and didn’t charge me again for ANYTHING even though it was something entirely different than we thought. The service manager called and updated me along the way of every detail and ensured me they would get it taken care of. They are top notch and offer rides, pick ups , and complimentary nice clean and well maintained loaner cars as part of service. That was a huge help and eliminated the stress of going without your vehicle. Jacki is wonderful too work with & I have found my new shop going forward. Thank you again !”

“There's only one place I'll take my vehicles to for a basic oil change or repair and that's Old Church tire & Service. Mark and this team are fair and honest.
My check engine light came on. I ask them to check it out and give the vehicle a general tune-up inspection. I was going to be out of town for a week so I just dropped it off and ask them to get to when they could. They found the problem and fixed it. I don't know a lot about cars but I know when I'm getting screwed. That's not something I have to worry about with these guys. The fixed the problem. I asked if there was any issues with my brakes or belts, etc. and they said there weren't any. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes weren't worrisome enough yet. That's honest. Another place could've told me all sorts of stuff.
My bill was lower than expected and one I don't mind paying. I've been a customer for three years. No reason to go anywhere else.”

“As a former automotive tech: I haven’t seen, experienced, or sensed anything shady from these guys at all.
I do most of my own work, but things like tires aren’t worth doing on my own and I can’t do my own state inspections (but I as a formerly licensed inspector I do know whether they should pass or not). I’ve also sent friends and family here and haven’t heard of anything negative.
These guys remind me of the last shop I worked at; busy, interested in providing good service at a reasonable price, and otherwise appear to be running an honest business. No complaints.”

His mechanic, Mike, took time to explain to me how my vehicle operates, how it's different then a non-hybrid vehicle, and why it needed the repairs. I trust the folks and in return, they treat you like family.”
“The service was exceptional. We had no water and I called at closing time and Daniel answered the phone and performed a site visit after hours the day before a major holiday. He provided a temporary fix that day so we could have water and came back immediately after the holiday and made a permanent fix to our well system. I'm so grateful I reached out to Daniel and Faison.”

“Polite, professional, and prompt. Overall, excellent service by Elm Drive Auto. Warren is great and remembers his customers and what they are there for. I had a new water pump installed earlier this year on my Sienna and Warren was very fair and able to get me in quickly. I will add (strictly from a pricing perspective), be sure to ask what the service rates and charges are up front. From my recent experience, if you are having new tires installed, you are much better off going to Walmart or Cosco for 1/4 to 1/3 the price. Walmart is $11/tire or $15/tire with lifetime rotations, whereas Elm Drive is $50+/tire. I had small 15” tires put on my Fiesta and it was over $200 (labor, shop material charges, and disposal) compared to $44-60 for the same service by Walmart.”

“Traveling through Virginia from Massachusetts on our way to Orlando, we experienced a complete transmission failure in my old Honda Ridgeline. We had it towed to Mechanicsville Honda hoping for the best news about a repair but preparing for the worst. We ended up purchasing a new 2023 Honda Ridgeline long distance while we were down in Orlando. The entire team there starting with Andrew in service, Emilio in sales and Daryl in finance, made a complicated transaction go as smoothly as possible. None of this would have been possible without the guidance and direction of Billy Woodruff the sales manager. My only regret is that we don't live closer to Mechanicsville Honda because after the treatment we received, I would never go anywhere else. True professionals with honesty and integrity. A 5-star review isn't enough.”
