“Wallace Automotive in Chesterfield is the best. From Ted and Ben at the front and the technicians doing the work you will be treated fairly and honestly. I have called them with car issues when I was on vacation and felt confident with the advice I was given. Give them a chance, you'll be pleasantly surprised.”

“I took my '12 Subaru in for a second opinion on a control arm replacement and a state inspection. Another local place failed it for failed lower control arms. I took it here and asked to replace it if needed and re-inspect. They came back saying nothing was wrong with the control arms. Since I was willing to pay for this and they gave an honest review, they won me over. I will be returning.”

I was concerned for nothing because Richmond Auto and Towing was the Best we could have asked for. They gave the best customer service we ever experienced. They explained everything, their prices were reasonable, and the work was of the highest quality. This Lady knows what she is doing on the mechanic side as well as the Business side. “The best garage I've ever done business with, hands down. Chris and Mike are experienced, straightforward, and fair. “Ethan Levy is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very thorough as a technician and his customer service is spot on. He is very detail oriented and he serviced my car both times as if he was working on his own vehicle. He is proactive in his service and work to solve problems in addition to getting the job done. I had a very large nail in one of the four tires that I purchased from them. Upon his inspection of the tire, he suggested that a tire be ordered just in case the repair was not possible. The nail head was larger than the nail itself, so he was able to repair the tire. He even took the time to show me the nail. My tires are covered under warranty so even if it had to be replaced, it would have been no charge. I am very impressed with his work, his genuine customer service and his professionalism.”

“Outstanding service as always! I've been a happy customer for many years, relying on Broad Street Auto & Tire for all my state inspections and routine vehicle maintenance. They consistently take care of everything my vehicle needs efficiently and professionally. Before a long trip to Georgia, I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection to make sure it was ready for the road. They caught a failing battery that would have definitely left me stranded—saving me from major hassle down the line. Thank you for the thorough check and the peace of mind!”

“I brought in my son’s Avalon right before his military move to Louisiana, and they seriously saved the day. We were working with an extremely tight window between the end of his training and when he had to report to his new station, so every hour counted. Not only did they knock out the inspection, but they also caught a leaking water pump we had no idea about and managed to squeeze the urgent repair in right on time—all at a very fair price. Incredible work, great people, and total peace of mind sending my firstborn across the country. Thank you!”

“On my way to this shop my belt snapped🥴 Nick called me and was honest about the damage which was unfortunately not worth fixing given the age and worth of my car. Everyone here was so patient and kind as I tried to set something up to get it towed, and when I ran into issues they were a huge help getting my car back to me. I definitely will be taking my future new car here!”

“Some of the most honest people I've had the pleasure to interact with, let alone honest mechanics. They tell you the difference in what you need fixed and what they reccomend you get fixed, they're wonderfully honest about their pricing before and after the final costs, and they just make well for conversation. Lou, Eric and Dan are men of the people, and Tyler has a good head on his shoulders. If you got a Subie, there's no reason why you shouldn't be here. We make the hour and 15 minute drive from Farmville, and it's absolutely worth it.”
