“These people are the epitome of southern hospitality for RV's in need of tires. We were on a trip when we saw our tires looking tread bare. We thought we needed a certain tire but when we got there they looked up our rig (Grand design solitude 5th wheel) and found that the tires weren't a ply strong enough for our weight. “Wallace Automotive is awesome. I stumbled across them a few years ago. Loved that just one of their specialties is Honda. Since I had just purchased a Honda ? It goes beyond that though- calling on the phone they are so professional. Sending in appointment requests- they get back to you very very quickly.
I enjoy being able to set something up without calling because I’m so busy working during the week.
And of course the most important part. I trust who’s got there hands on my vehicle. All of the mechanics are just wonderful- John is my best kept secret.
He knows what you’re saying- and if you don’t know what you’re saying he’ll know what you need.
I’ve only gone for quick maintenance but I’ll never take my car anywhere else.
I got there for an oil change at 10:45 and left by 11:20. It doesn’t get much better than that”

“I called Ms. TMZ Complete Auto Center after-hours last night and left a message about an oil change. First thing in the morning, Bill called me back and told me to bring my car in. Once there, I realized they also did State Inspections, which I needed, so I asked if they could handle that too. I enjoyed some coffee and a bit of Family Feud, and was in and out within an hour! The service was impressively quick, prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”
“I've taken multiple vehicles to these guys and each time is a breeze. Today they just installed 8 tires on 2 of my vehicles and 2 alignments, very quick. I'd like to note that they used a click type torque wrench to set the lug nut torque by hand, which seems to be a lost art.”

“The mechanic Alex is knowledgeable professional and very friendly. Unlike a lot of automotive services the price you were quoted is the price you pay and they do not try to upsell you on services you do not need. One time last winter I had my vehicle in for general maintenance when I arrived to pick it up Alex went started my vehicle turn the heat on and even turned on my heated seat for me so it would be extra warm when I got in. That is excellent customer service. I do not allow anybody but Alex to work on my vehicles. I highly recommend North Park automotive.”

“My family and I have used RNR Tire Express for multiple reasons over the years. Most recently I took my F150 to RNR tire express on W. Broad Street for suspected suspension issues. I have been experiencing very noticeable squeaking noises coming from my truck when I was driving over potholes, bumps in the road, turning my wheel, and when I go in reverse. I didn’t really want to take my truck to the regular dealership where I typically get my maintenance done, because their service dept. has lately not been as good as they used too.
I made I call to RNR and spoke to Rick Wood, I explained the issue and got an estimate on a diagnosis and their availability when they could get me in. Rick was able to set up an appointment for me that afternoon and was very polite and had good customer service. When I arrived, they began investigating my concerns on my truck promptly and set me up with their tech Ean Mcgee. This is the first time I was introduced to Ean, and he did a ride along with me so he could hear the sounds that I was explaining to him. Not even a block out of the parking lot of RNR, Ean could hear the sounds I was telling them about.
Ean quickly could determine that the sounds were coming from the passenger side and knew that something was definitely an issue that needed attention. He took my tuck back into the shop and his findings were that during a past installation / repair from an outside mechanic on my lower control arm was not correctly installed. When my passenger lower control arm was replaced with an aftermarket part, a grease fitting was not installed therefore the lower ball joint had failed prematurely.
Ean explained to me in detail what the issue was, showed me the difference between the aftermarket part and the factory part on my driver side. He even went as far as showing me on his PC what parts were missing and how it was supposed to look and be installed. He concluded his assessment by documenting his findings and an estimate for the repairs so that I could take that to the previous installers and have the issue resolved.
I want to conclude this review by complimenting the 100% satisfaction of the services I received with RNR tire express at 7601 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294. Rick Wood, Casey Dich, and Ean Mcgee were all a pleasure to work with and made my visit quick and easy. In my future visits with RNR, I would request these guys as my advisors and techs. Also, if there are any other further needs, questions, or inquiries, Ian Williams always meets expectations and is highly detailed and delivers the best customer service. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of these related services.
