“I was going to do the review earlier but my phone was acting up. I went there today because my friend Gladys and Todd Klevgard recommended this place to me because her husband Todd's friend I guess is the owner or something. Don't quote me on that but I know that they know him.. I went there and I was expecting to pay a lot but it was not a lot I actually got a coupon discount from the gentleman at the counter and because it was my first time there I guess anyway. The guy was very very friendly and the rest of the guys in the shop they were all liked posing for the pictures that I was taking for the review. Quite an interactive team. But that's what good customer service is all about treating people like their family. And I just want to thank you all for making my experience with your business a good one and you made my day just a little bit better. It's kind of far away from where I live so unless I'm near my friend gladys's house I may not come back but I highly recommend your business to other people whether they're local or they're just driving through and need an oil change or some wipers or whatever. Thanks again”

He explained all my options, I went with what I felt was best more my motorcycle & at pickup he went through all of the work they had completed to protect my investment from all the harsh elements! “Stopped here to fill up with gas and pick up some ice. Both transactions went smoothly. The attendant was very nice and helpful. I had a few issues with the pump credit card reader but was able to resolve it by cancelling a couple of transactions and restarting the process. The reader failed to read the chip a couple of times before it succeeded.”

“Because my car was looking so grungy from a bad need of being repainted, I hadn't considered it worth cleaning. But we were getting ready to sell it, and I got motivated to go to the Hanover Car Pool. I'm not sure that I expected them to do much for its looks, but so help me, except for the paint problem, Car Pool made that car look absolutely like new. I couldn't believe it! I just wish I'd taken a picture of it. Car Pool is amazing!Services: Full body wash”

“Stopped in after a few hours on the road. Filled up the car and ran inside to use the bathroom. I was super surprised to see how clean it was at 12 in the morning. The person behind the counter was nice and greeted me as I walked in. I also bought a drink and he was chatting with me a bit. Thank you for this station being a good one which is rare to come by.”
