I was impressed on my first visit with moist towels and cleaners for windows and interior.
Also the vacuuming was great and non stop.
The assistants were so friendly and accommodating. And the facility was clean and safe. ???”

“Went in to ask about getting a state inspection (waiting area was very clean). The advisor shared the process with me. I made an appt and dropped the car off the night before. They called the next day and informed me of inspection issues as well as some other maintenance items that should be completed. They provided me with a detailed printout of all items with fair pricing (they were not pushy at all).”

I got Wings to come out to my house and clean my Mazda 3 after some minor water intrusion around my back windshield. I had removed almost everything from the vehicle and had it ready for them. Paid for the 280$ package.
They got there in the time requested and the detailer was very polite and professional the entire time. He did a pretty darn good job when it came to the carpet and seats. That is where my praise ends.
I didn't have a bunch of time to inspect every bit of it and at a glance it looked good, at first. When I got off work and had more time to take a look at it I shouldn't have signed the paperwork.
Things that simply were not done

The entire catch for the front windshield
All seatbelt connectors and hardware
So many random little crevices thought the interior
The emergency brake boot
Under both seats and their bars and handles

To the owners credit he did listen to my concerns and offer to send someone back out but their future appointment schedule conflicted with my work schedule. They offered a partial refund which I accepted. I should have asked how much. I was refunded 85$. Of an almost 300$ detail. Next time I'll spend a $150 at Carpool and be done with it and get 150% better results. Do not recommend go with someone who values return business and quality of their work.
2 stars for being polite and professional and some clean fabric. Do not recommend.”
“Tyrone was working the wash, that man smiles all the time ( as do I) hes is a great asset. I was in business for 10 years and hes the kinda guy I like to have working for me. I hate going to a business and aint nobody smiling. God woke me up this am, lots of folks didnt make it. He knows.”

“Huge shoutout to Dominion Car Wash for being open 24/7. I drove from Newport News to Richmond Airport for a Turo drop‑off and needed a self‑wash ASAP — the front of my Jetta was covered in bugs. The bays were clean, the sprayers had good pressure, and everything worked smoothly. Perfect spot when you need a quick, reliable wash at any hour.”

Alex M was the attendant at this car wash and she was Very helpful from making sure our app worked correctly to helping to get the vacuum running.
