The manager, Alexis, gave me great customer service, was friendly and gave me a genuine smile (not fake). She assisted me with the small problem that I had. Small things like this make so much difference!

The customer service at this particular location is top notch. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful with projects, ideas, suggestions, formatting, etc. Every single time I have come in to this location, I have been greeted with a smile and a positive helpful attitude by all members of her staff. Alexis And Dakota were very professional on the phone and very helpful. Alexis actually went beyond my expectations in order to help me. I hope the managers of this office recognize and acknowledge the wonderful employees they have in both of them.
