“I originally had a disappointing experience when I brought in my child’s brand-new backpack and lunchbox for embroidery. The backpack came out perfectly, but the lunchbox was damaged during the process and the issue was not communicated to me before pickup. After I reached out to the business email with feedback, Evelyn stepped in quickly, handled the situation with professionalism, and reimbursed me for the damaged item. I was impressed by how seriously she took my concerns and how hard she worked to win back my business. Because of her response, I am willing to give them another try. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a business responds that matters, and I appreciate the care and attention she showed in resolving the issue.”

“I needed a large banner for an upcoming trade show, but had no experience in creating them. The team at Sir Speedy helped me design both the banner and a retractable tabletop banner for use at the show. Both of the items were better than I could have created on my own. The construction was high quality and easy to transport. The delivery time was very good considering the project had to start from nothing.”

“Big thanks to RVA Graphics and Wraps for bringing our vision to life on our Mini Countryman for Jay’s Automotive. The team was professional, easy to work with, and helped turn our concept into a clean, eye-catching wrap that really represents our business well. The colors, layout, and overall finish came out great, and the vehicle definitely stands out on the road now. We appreciate the work and look forward to doing more projects in the future. If you’re looking for vehicle wraps or graphics in the RVA area, definitely check them out.”

“Vernon has been phenomenal to work with. They are immediately responsive with very quick turnarounds even on special requests. Highly recommend to anyone seeking large format prints and marketing services. My favorite part is having an in-person partnership vs just ordering from an online store.”

“The single employee who staffed the business was friendly and he had a great attitude. The store has a lot of self service machines, each of which has a bit of a learning curve to get going. In my opinion the place is understaffed because people need some help using the machines especially when getting started. Also, when I first arrived there was a long line so the staff was overworked.”

“I had the best experience with Dominique today. I needed to complete a quick return and not only was Dominique quick, knowledgeable, and a clear expert in her role, she gave me an incredibly kind compliment and we had the best conversation. After a long day this really filled my cup. I wish I could have waited to tell Dawn about this, but Dawn you have an amazing associate in Dominique!”
