“My personal trainer, Gosia, is outstanding! She is interested in my health goals, very knowledgeable about body mechanics and inspires me to do my best. The facility is very clean and the gym equipment is up to date. Staff here are helpful and welcoming. I enjoy working out here.”

“I was a member in 2017 and recently joined again back in 2024. Overall great experiences but I just want to say I saw a comment on here about a guy with long hair and glasses… I just had a bad experience with him and another employee at the front desk. I have a friend who would like to join and I was asking if I brought her, if I could bring her for free (I had already seen the $10 pass online). They said well it's first Fridays so it's free. I was clearly on my way out, with my son from kid zone, so I was like well not today I'm talking in general… The other guy was like it's $17. I didn't feel in the mood to argue with them but I had already seen the $10 post online so that's what I told my friend to do. Some clarification would be great considering I'm trying to bring a new business I don't think it's that difficult of a question and I don't know if they were just being dismissive and rude or they really don't know that there's a $10 pass listed online. Needless to say it was disappointing I've never once asked a question at the front desk and I guess I will never do that again.”

“I travel a bit far to come here, but I stay because the routine fits me now. Morning sessions have fewer people, so I can complete workouts faster. One thing I noticed is water refill points could be more accessible; sometimes you need to walk across the floor. Apart from that, machines are stable and rarely break down, which keeps consistency easy.”
