Harbor Freight Tools is America's #1 Tool Store with an unmatched assortment of quality tools at an unbeatable value. The Mechanicsville location was great, very clean and organized with plenty of stock. Staff was very friendly and the manager was right up front to help. Prices are great, often far lower than other stores. However, some things were not available and prices are creeping up while quality isn't. Some staff training on soft skills may be needed. Despite this, it is a new go-to for many projects and customers report they will definitely return.
It is what it is. Price point everything. The abrasives are dangerous. The pneumatic hoses and fittings are cheap. Gloves are cheap. Price point everything

Great gun case for the price. Good service. Good prices.

Although they were understaffed with only two employees in the store they were very helpful. I drove 40 minutes to come to this location for a hydraulic lift because my harbor freight didn't have it. 10/10 experience!
