Do not recommend ordering anything for delivery from Mechanicsville. No communication. Still waiting after 3 times not showing up in their scheduled delivery time. No help or answers. Paid a lot of money, have not received my order. Skip the frustration.

Have been trying to have a window replaced for almost two years under warranty. Absolutely the worst customer service. Please do not rely on this location for quality work.

Worst customer service I have seen in years. Doesn’t show up for a delivery -Twice. No one answers the phone, when they do, they are less than helpful. Lost me for a customer for good
