“I had an incredible customer service experience with this company. FedEx marked my package as delivered, but I never received it and there was no photo proof of where it had been left. As soon as I reached out, they responded immediately, reassured me they would take care of everything, and sent out a replacement set of placemats right away. They even required a signature upon delivery to ensure it arrived safely.
Their communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely reassuring throughout the entire process. These placemats are especially meaningful to me as they’re part of my wedding place setting in Italy, so their quick action and care meant a lot. I’m so grateful for how seriously they handled the situation and how seamless they made the resolution.”

“Cool spot. Lots of neat things for your home. My MIL couldn't stop talking about the sheep and goats out front -- she also couldn't stop touching them and picking them up, even though the signs clearly ask you not to. We sat in the big chair for pictures. Good time.”

“Cute clothes and jewelry! Very well organized and decently priced for the area. Also close to tremolo so you can always bop over after a cocktail (or two). Definitely a must stop as your shopping along Washington.”
