“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online!
