“The front desk worker, Kevin, was a delight! Very friendly & helpful every single time we came across him during our stay. Definitely the best worker this location has!
We've stayed here several times & even tho our room wasnt ready when we arrived earlier, they offered us a cheaper room that was clean for the most part. The only downside this stay was we noticed the water pressure wasn't great anymore for the sink & shower. And we noticed some flea bites on my childs ankles (only person on the floor while staying there) ,which is expected when the hotel allows pets, but hopefully its something they will get taken care of or spray for more.. & the fridge wouldn't turn down at all & was barely cold for our waters and drinks while staying.
Overall, a good & clean place to stay for an extended trip. Plenty of accommodations for disabilities & amenities close by.”
“We were grateful for a quiet Sunday night, because the walls here are very thin. Definitely avoid Room 111 — the breakfast area is right behind it, and the early‑morning thumping and clatter will wake you.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent and more unique than most hotel offerings. We especially enjoyed the egg‑white frittatas, the egg/ham/swiss croissants, and the huge selection of oatmeal and yogurt mix‑ins.
The hotel sits on a dead‑end road, which made it a great, quiet spot to walk our dogs. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few things to be aware of.”
“As I am a regular hampton guest, I review hamptons on bed and towels. Towels were super white and fresh bedding did not have divits from previous guests .. this is a good one.”

“I had never Heard of candlewood suites but we stayed there for a night and the host (Julius) was super pleasant and inviting. Just made us feel right at home and explained everything thoroughly. The room was super spacious with high ceilings and everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and enough pillows for all wants and needs. Will definitely stay there again.”

“The guy was never at the front desk when you needed him and the room smelled like pizza, not a terrible smell but odd when you first walk into a room your going to sleep in.”
“It's an older hotel but so far the rooms seem clean. I brought my own sheets and blankets. Full size sheet does not fit on their full size bed. Decent microwave and fridge in the room. Ice machine in a nearby building that requires room key to access. Check in process was quick and easy.
Dog friendly, divided smoking/ non smoking buildings. Good choice if you're here sightseeing and just need a home-base to rest and clean up. Lots of places to eat or shop nearby.”
“Rooms were dated but clean. No extras at all though. Dont expect even laundry bags. Breakfast is free but very limited. Kids may not find anything they like. Close to shops but wouldn't walk at night.”

Located right on N Shenandoah Ave in Front Royal, it's an easy stop whether you're heading into the park or just passing through. “During my recent stay at Sleep Inn in Winchester, VA, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail. From the moment I entered the hotel, it was clear that the staff takes great pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel. The mattress offered the perfect balance of support and softness, while the linens were smooth, crisp, and of high quality. The pillows, too, were plush and and slightly firm, providing support for a perfect sleep experience, without being to hard. It was clear that Sleep Inn invests in providing guests with a restful night’s sleep, which I deeply appreciated.
The towels were also impressive, thick, absorbent, and generously sized, making for a more luxurious experience. The attention to detail with the high-quality linens and towels made the stay feel elevated, despite the hotel’s affordable rates.
