I wasn’t impressed they did a half job cleaning door pockets doors. And a terrible job on my windshield and I paid for the $45-ish cleaning. Not worth it! One of the girls was wiping down another vehicle and barely swiping the car no elbow grease, but had her phone handy.Services: Polishing

Car Pool has been in steady decline. Workers don't seem to take pride in their work and I always have to point out deficiencies, especially with my wheels. Automated car washes appear to do just as well at half the price. My 3 cars will go elsewhere from this point forward. Awful.
Locally Owned, Hand Finished, Personal Touch, with Old School Customer Service – These are not terms attributed to most car washes. At Car Pool, we believe there are some things that don’t need to change with the times. As the wash industry moves towards more automation and machinery, we have dug in our heels and kept many of our time held traditions: We’re still locally owned and operated. We still apply a lot of products by hand and every wash still comes with a towel dry. We still smile and say “thank you” for your business. We are customer focused. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your wash, there is a human being there whose job it is to correct the issue and get you on the road clean and happy.
