“My family and I stopped at Dash In for the first time while we were traveling, and I have to say this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I truly mean that. We came in at night, and the cook, Mikayla, was incredibly friendly. It was honestly one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with someone in customer service. The food was tasty too!. Her personality, sense of humor, and ability to hold a conversation made the experience even better, 20/10! My husband owns a few businesses in Virginia, and he even said he’d love to have someone like her on his team if she ever wanted to venture out, haha! I can’t wait to visit again. Great job, Dash In! Your company is doing an amazing job. Thank you for welcoming us with such kindness, and thank you to the entire team for being so friendly. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Really nice self wash bays and touch less wash. I noticed that they have clean brushes, good soap materials making cleaning my vehicles pretty easy. It’s far out of my way and I still drive here with all my vehicles due to the fact that their setup doesn’t scratch any of my vehicles. Hard to find a self wash with this quality of car washing chemicals running through their system. This is coming from someone who helped manage detailing products and cleaning high end vehicles.”
“While the quality of their express car wash is excellent, with multiple tiers of washes and a premium option that actually results in a clear visual improvement in shine and detail, the staff are very hit or miss. I've had pleasant experiences with genuinely nice staff members who are helpful and easy to talk to but also regrettable run ins with sleepy eyed staff who clearly want you ' out, right away'. When I have the patience to overlook that kind of unprofessionalism and indifference to customer satisfaction I choose Sams for the tap to pay simplicity of a quality car wash.”

“I've been a regular user previously, but admittedly not used them in a while (through no fault of theirs). As a result of a coupon for a free service, I went back. The service was as I remembered. From start to finish, I remain impressed with their assembly line approach to car care. Although it took longer than I remembered, probably due to staffing issues, my car was processed inside and out, leaving me quite please with the results.”

“Absolutely love this self-serve car wash! The bays are always clean, the pressure on the sprayers is perfect, and the soap and wax actually work great. The change machine and card reader make it super convenient, and everything is well lit even at night. Best spot in town to wash your car yourself.”

Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. He does everything he can for everyone and is there almost always. I come there just for him now and drive past other gas stations.”

“This 7-Eleven is a great spot with excellent service and friendly staff who make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The store is always very clean and organized, and they keep a good variety of hot, fresh food available. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or a meal, the food is tasty and well-prepared. The coffee station is tidy, with plenty of options to choose from. They also have a car wash that does a fantastic job, leaving your car spotless every time. This location really makes convenience shopping a nice experience!”
