“I have used Enterprise for every car/truck rental I've needed.My only issue with this last rental was being asked where I was headed. That was unsettling. This was my first time using this location. I'll probably stick to using the location I have in the past.Enterprise have a lot of locations in my area so it is very convenient to rent a car and pick it up within miles of my house as well as using my current account to rent car from airports.I like the fact that there is a points program that eventually allows for a free rental.A plus is that their rentals have unlimited miles and even have so free miles for the box trucks and vans which is perfect for if you need to move within your city or area.The rates are always reasonable.”

“Everyone was great at this location. Even though they didn’t have a bigger car available in the beginning, they got me one as soon as more became available. Transactions were easy and quick.”

“I'm giving this five stars because of the staff, I rented from this location in July and then returned in October, so, I'll likely continue to return and like I said, I'm giving five stars for the staff, the prices are pretty good too, however, I probably should go down a star or two because of the guy who was working when I returned the car, I told him specifics three or four times and he did what he wanted anyway, maybe check the staffing logs, -I returned the car on Sunday, October 15th around 12:45 PM, -there was a man and a woman working, both failed to pay me any mind and ignored me when I spoke to them, however the staff both times picking up the cars were really cool guys and I appreciated them both, the parking lot looks janky, ha, -I'll return though .. ?‍♀️”

“Service was great; all three I worked with were kind, helpful and incredibly friendly. Car worked well, the vehicle needed an oil change half way through my trip but that didn't affect my drive. Would have liked the car to be cleaned out a little better, but it wasn't dirty by mists standards (I have OCD when it comes to cleaning my stuff). Cost for the rental was fine, no complaints there. Overall satisfied with my experience, this office gave me the hospitality I expect from residents of Chesterfield.”
