“Walker is always attentive and ensures my rental needs are taken care of. He was aware that travel time was of the essence for this rental and made all preperations so my vehicle was cleaned and ready at the curb waiting for me promptly at 8am so I could get on my way!! Austin completed the transaction and paid attention to every detail even helping me load my luggage so I could get going! Top notch neighborhood location that I am so fortunate to have right down the street from home!”

“I always pick this Avis to rent from instead of the other one on Midlothian Turnpike because Harsh and his team are always so gracious, the cars are well cleaned, ready, and they take seriously identifying the dents and scratches before you drive off.”

“Service was great; all three I worked with were kind, helpful and incredibly friendly. Car worked well, the vehicle needed an oil change half way through my trip but that didn't affect my drive. Would have liked the car to be cleaned out a little better, but it wasn't dirty by mists standards (I have OCD when it comes to cleaning my stuff). Cost for the rental was fine, no complaints there. Overall satisfied with my experience, this office gave me the hospitality I expect from residents of Chesterfield.”
