“Seamless process from online reservation to pick up and drop off. Staff was great- bent over backwards for us to get a minivan, which we needed with 3 car seats. Thank you!”
“I had a great experience with Hertz in Midlothian and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Chrystal and Keandra. When I arrived, the location was extremely busy with a large overflow of customers, yet both of them remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire process. It was clear they were working hard to take care of everyone while keeping things moving as efficiently as possible. A piece of advice for future customers: pack your patience. This location stays busy for a reason, and the staff is doing their best to help a high volume of customers every day. What impressed me most was their willingness to help adjust my reservation at the last minute. They took the time to find a solution and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Their positive attitude and commitment to customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Chrystal and Keandra, for your hard work, professionalism, and dedication to your customers. Your efforts are appreciated, and they made a significant difference in my experience.”
