“I want to give a shout out to the amazing hospitality provided by the General Manager Ryan. He really is fantastic and makes the whole place feel like 5 star treatment. He was warm and welcoming both on the phone and in person when we checked in. And made us feel at home right away with fresh tea and coffee. We also had requested at booking extra pillows and he had them fluffed right on arrival for us. The room is spacious and clean, the pillows fluffy and the breakfast included! Highly recommend and want to say thank you to Ryan for making our stay so nice. Our dog also loves the bed!”

“I did not have an issue checking in. The location was ideal for where I needed to be for the holidays. Parking lot was well lit and generally clean. The room was recently renovated and had a spacious and thoughtful design.

The only real issues I had were regarding the shower and cleaning products used in the room.

The shower temperature did not get above lukewarm both in the morning and evening showers that I took. I spoke to the front desk about it in the evening and they stated that they didn't have any issues with their hot water but when I took a shower in the morning I had the same issue. I tested the water in the sink and that got scalding hot so I informed the front desk at checkout that it seems their showers were installed with a regulator on temperature that did not allow the shower temperature to get above lukewarm which is definitely NOT ideal. To their credit the front desk receptionist at checkout gave me points towards a future stay because I booked with an outside service they couldn't provide a discount or partial refund on the room so I appreciate them listening and acknowledging the issue and attempting to rectify it.

The cleaning solutions they used in the rooms had a very strong smell and I wonder if they spray their rooms with a perfume or cologne or something. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and to me it seemed overpowering to others it may not have.

I would also say that it may be good for them to offer a easier way to connect streaming devices to their televisions as their cable options were fuzzy at best and not that diverse in offerings.”

“The hotel was amazing.. Better than expected.. Kinda wish I could have stayed an additional night. Bed was amazing comfortable, breakfast was great. The only suggestion I have is that the curtains need to be thicker/less revealing, especially on the first floor.. You could practically see everything outside and I'm sure folks could easily see inside the room... Lack of privacy..
Aside from that, I'd definitely stay here again.”
