1000 Virginia Center Parkway, Glen Allen VA 23059
“Enjoyed my visit. What I loved best about the place was the architecture and the old fashioned feel of the place. I only stayed overnight so I didn't really have time to explore much. I did spend time in the gym. They have lots of equipment choices. But some things need addressing. The pelaton didn't work and they didn't have small weights under 20 pounds. Appreciate the tea options in my room. Everything in the room worked fine.”

“The service from the team was awesome, Lucy is an absolute star and we were so well treated. The only downside is the rooms are a little old and need renovating and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. We stayed for three weeks.”

“The evening clerk was wonderful! She was kind, helpful, and very attentive. Our room had a electric outlet without a cover and she fixed it. The toilet seat was broken prior to our arrival. She did not have a replacement toilet seat and she offered to move us but we decided to stay where we were and be cautious.”

“Our stay was very pleasant! Staff was wonderful, and very prompt at taking care of our requests. Our only complaint is the faucet in the shower was loose and you couldn't turn the shower on fully due to the loose faucet....other than that, Our stay was very nice.”

“My father and I are here for a week, having moved back to Virginia. The room is excellent!!! The staff here are WONDERFUL !!! We can ask for anything and they are all right there ready to help, this includes the front desk staff, housekeepers, and maintenance. I had to send my father to the hospital due to one of his medical conditions. Everyone asked if they could do anything for him and myself. I love it here, the room and building are clean and everyone here is fantastic!!! Even other guests have said what a great place this is.”

“Bed sheets had burn marks in them. When I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk they made it seem like a huge inconvenience (I was the only person waiting) My room had ants in the bed, the desk, and the TV stand.”
