“Our stay there was perfect we had a lovely dinner and breakfast. Because of an ice storm the staff had been there for several days as they were unable to get home and if they could would not be able to get back. We stayed there 20 years ago love the place and the setting. Again the staff was outstanding.”

“Lately I haven't had much luck with hotels, but this place was great. Aerie was super friendly at check in and the room was clean and no issues with noise from other rooms. I more than likely will come back here the next time I'm in town.”

“The overnight manager was awesome she understood all of our needs she allowed us to see the room before renting it I really truly appreciate her she deserves a raise she went above and beyond treated us like family.”

“Enjoyed the breakfast. Served hot and the staff kept everything clean. The hot tub was a good temp, the pool was a bit cold for me but ok and the Jacuzzi in the room is for 1 with good jets. The shower was hot with an overhead sprayer. Comfortable bed. It met my needs for a weekend escape.”

“Exactly as I expected Hilton to be. But the front desk personnel were a bit less than friendly or welcoming on arrival. The one young lady was not friendly at all at check in. She did not say anything about the restaurant or bar or amenities, never smiled seemed bothered. On check out, no place for room key return and young lady seemed too busy to even look up, maybe more staff needed. We were never given our breakfast voucher at check in.
Breakfast was great and main chef extremely pleasant and accommodating.
Bathroom needs fans or air freshener provided, as well as better selection of soap.”

“Great location, but the room design just wasn’t for me. The restroom light is extremely bright, and if someone turns it on at night, it pretty much wakes up anyone sleeping. That’s something the hotel should really reconsider.

That said, the service was excellent and the location is very convenient, which I appreciated”

“You get what you pay for was looking for a cheaper one night stay and this worked ok (under $115). I’m a little OCD so have to walk around my room with slides on my feet. It would be nice to have a channel list available for the TV.

Just needed a place to sleep that seemed safe and it was. Place has a little musty smell, but front desk employee Diego was very nice during check in even offering a 10% off coupon for Texas Roadhouse , however at 5:45 on sat night the wait was 50 minutes so grabbed some IHOP!”

“Bed sheets had burn marks in them.
When I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk they made it seem like a huge inconvenience (I was the only person waiting)
My room had ants in the bed, the desk, and the TV stand.”
