“Wonderful staff! They all provided excellent service! The rooms were extremely clean and neat! They smelled amazing. The items available, soaps and such, were not all vegan, but I appreciate the animal cruelty free items! The linen were super white, which I appreciated! The breakfast was ok. As a vegan, I always have a hard time with these continental breakfasts, so I didn't expect more than fresh fruit. And that's what I got, fresh fruit! ?? the tea was decent. Bigelow isn't the best but that's opinionated! This location is about 20 minutes from downtown Richmond. But it saves about 50$ a night! And the gas in this area was 25 to 35 cents cheaper! There are an abundance of places to eat in walking distance to the hotel including a sports bar! Very glad we stayed here! We saved money and gas! We traveled with a team BTW!”

“We were in town for soccer and had a block of rooms reserved. They had us spread out throughout the hotel, defeating the purpose of the block reservation.Staff was nice. Hotel smells like mildew. Our room had a horrible mildew smell, bathroom door was broken and didn’t close, the shower wasn’t cleaned and towels were dirty and HVAC was dirty.”

“We checked it at 11:30pm upon arriving to Walla Walla on a snowy Thursday evening. Our room was warm upon entering, clean, and the bed was comfortable to our preference. We are scheduled to stay here until Sunday morning. Today is Friday, and so far our staff encounters have been extremely friendly. The free breakfast provides many options for different preferences. For price of stay vs services provided, this is not only a great safe place to stay but also a great deal. Don't let the negative views prevent you from choosing this place. Either your glass is half full or half empty”
