We had a situation with an epson WF 2930 ink cartridges XL.
Two of the new in the box cartridges registered ½ full when changed out.
I called this store where the purchase was made a few days earlier. Understood the return process.
Upon returning to the store I spoke with Mr Matthew, one of the store managers.
After a bit of back story and proof on my part and due diligence on Mr Matthew's part, we left OfficeMax feeling pretty good.
The newer exchanged cartridges when re-inserted read 100% full on the cartridge levels indicator of our printer. We were 100% satisfied.
