“I needed a large banner for an upcoming trade show, but had no experience in creating them. The team at Sir Speedy helped me design both the banner and a retractable tabletop banner for use at the show. Both of the items were better than I could have created on my own. The construction was high quality and easy to transport. The delivery time was very good considering the project had to start from nothing.”

“A key factor that goes into a five star rating for me is how above and beyond a business goes when there's corrections or adjustments that need to be made, which doesn't always come up. In my case, I'd ordered 4 big posters online and had adjusted the images a couple times, which made the order pretty confusing. I'd reached out via email right after ordering and tried to clarify, but still ended up with an incorrect order. Not only was Poster Ninja's team super understanding and communicative in the adjustment before the order went out, but when I communicated the delivered order was still incorrect, they were immediately willing to send out another poster with the correct image free of charge for poster OR shipping. Given how confusing my order had been, I was totally expecting to cover either shipping or the cost of the poster and delighted at not having to do either. Bookmarking Poster Ninja for my future buys for sure!”

“These guys are the best! I walked in with a bunch of music scores that had different page ranges to be copied for each. Tim took the order and made a fantastic, timely job of it. He even caught that I hadn't included the final page of a sonata in one of my page ranges and copied it anyway without ever mentioning it. It's encouraging to find that businesses like this still exist.”

“I worked with Mike and Nichole and they were amazing! I started with a training manual that was bulky and mod-podge'd together. They helped create a professional and very well done presentation that will enhance our training experience. I told them the price I was paying per book and they were able to help me bring the cost down (almost HALF). Amazing group and very dedicated to their customer service and quality of production. Will be customers for any future needs as well.”

“Conquest Graphics in Richmond, VA has been great to work with. We’ve placed two large orders with them, and everything has gone smoothly from start to finish. Gwen M. was professional, helpful, and patient. She set up our new account and walked me through the entire ordering process. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options so we could choose what worked best for our needs and budget. Both orders were completed on time, and delivery was exactly as promised. In one case, Conquest mailed items directly to our patrons. In another, they shipped the product to us. Everything arrived on schedule and without any issues. Thank you, Conquest Graphics, for reliable service and excellent support.”

“We have used Lindenmeyr Munroe for several years as a trusted vendor-partner. Over the last two years alone, we have spent 6 figures several times over. They serve as a distributor of equipment as well as materials (vinyls, inks, laminates, and packaging). James and JT go the extra mile for us and have been known to save the day on more than one occasion! Any time there has been an issue, they have always done the right thing and I appreciate having them on my team.”

“The very polite man named Jay that works in the printing center goes above and beyond to help customers. He listened, was attentive, and very friendly. Now days, that's hard to come by in a retail setting, so I had to give him a shout out because he's AMAZING! 10/10 will shop there again, because of him. Staples.....give this man a raise, he deserves it.”

“Brian my service professional at the UPS Store on Grove in Richmond, VA was SOO helpful and nice. I needed to overnight a fragile gift to California and he could not have been more accommodating. He made sure everything was very secure, and worked with me to find the best price while still getting it to my friend in time. I was so impressed with how willing he was to make my priority his priority. Kind, polite, quick, and he was also multitasking with like - a billion other people in the store since his partner was on his lunch break.”

“The single employee who staffed the business was friendly and he had a great attitude. The store has a lot of self service machines, each of which has a bit of a learning curve to get going. In my opinion the place is understaffed because people need some help using the machines especially when getting started. Also, when I first arrived there was a long line so the staff was overworked.”
