“Having shopped here previously when I lived nearby, I finally consigned a few items. I am most pleased in every regard and have already made a winter appointment as I have unique furs to consign. The staff is amazing! Items are displayed and showcased, just fabulous. I bought a vintage fur accessory too.”
“This is my favorite RVA uptown cheapskate! When I travel to Richmond for work I always stop at this location. I have been to 3 locations in the area and the staff here are by far the most helpful and super kind. My only recommendation is for them to get the roll around baskets like other locations have.”

“Prices here are pretty reasonable!! I got an Under- Armour hoodie $7.99, Nautica Shirt & a Nike backpack ( looked like it had never even been used), all for $20!! The quality was good & have a pretty big variety of clothing!! I would definitely recommend this place!! Only thing they don't have ALOT of is shoes!!”
“This Goodwill location is very organized. For example, in the dress department, all of the dresses are in sizes small, medium, large and extra large. Whereas the other locations have all dresses grouped together. Everything is in its place and they work to return items to its place. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Good selection of items and the prices are very good.”
“I went to the sale here yesterday and got a TON of stuff. The staff were super nice and attentive, especially Marguerite. She checked in on me multiple times while I was shopping and offered to bring stuff up behind the counter so I wasn’t carrying too much, and it was super helpful. She checked me out and was very friendly, and it’s obvious she cares about the customer experience. I will definitely be back!”

I try to fill my car up to bring things and can’t resist going inside. Great prices. I’ve bought many high toquality items at amazingly low prices. There are different sales each day…10%, 20 % etc.”
