“I used to like Ross for the dress sale. They don't seem to be having many dresses but I can always find one piece here and there to add to my wardrobe. I always go through the Arts and Crafts section as well as the kitchen section. And changing my living room I tend to pull it together from various searches so Ross is one of my first go to places and then I'll go to Home Goods. Before purchasing the furniture and knowing what colors I wanted to use I found accessories and rugs for pop of color. I refuse to return them even when I had to return the furniture but fam what I really want it in the same color so the rugs will work and the pillows as well. I've been fortunate over the years to find some really good things”
“This is my favorite RVA uptown cheapskate! When I travel to Richmond for work I always stop at this location. I have been to 3 locations in the area and the staff here are by far the most helpful and super kind. My only recommendation is for them to get the roll around baskets like other locations have.”
“First time at this location. The parking lot was clean. The inside was nice and cool. Even though clothes were being displayed the isles were clear of clutter. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dressing room was tidy. The sale prices were as advertised. The check out clerk was so friendly.”

“Such a great shop, a mix of vintage and unique to brand new. So many things to look at I could spend hours and still not see everything. I came when all the Christmas things were up and it was so relaxing so shop around. I ended up with a matching set of vintage pictures frames that I can't wait to put up and a sweet bell ornament. I will definitely be shopping here often.”
