    “First time at this location. The parking lot was clean. The inside was nice and cool. Even though clothes were being displayed the isles were clear of clutter. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dressing room was tidy. The sale prices were as advertised. The check out clerk was so friendly.”

    “One of the larger locations in the Richmond area. Has a lot more costumes than the place near my house. The place is huge! Because of is size, it has a lot of animatronics as well as decorations. Make sure you pay attention to the dates and their return policy.”

    “I was very impressed with this store. Organized, clean, great selection and prices. Even the shoes were high quality. The staff were super friendly. I did ask about selling here and they let me know what was selling and gave me a flyer. They also said they will donate any clothes to a local charity (thrifty Quaker) that they don’t accept which I thought was nice. It seems based on other reviews some folks take it personally when they don’t accept their clothes. I find it’s common with stores that resell clothes to be very selective so I wouldn’t hold it against them.”
