“I was having a shudder on acceleration with my 2020 edge. We took it to Crossroads Ford because we had the extended warranty. Come to find out the warranty ran out and they were quoting me $5900 for a new transmission. We were recommended River Ridge by a friend and called they were able to get us in right away. We received a call a few days later explaining that they didn’t think it needed a new transmission but that the fluid needed to be replaced. “Transmission went out in a car we purchased 6 months prior from Carvana. Contacted Carvana who gave me the contact information for this repair shop as well as a few others. Roadside Assistance picked up the car and towed it to the shop which was closed but first thing Monday morning Casey contacted us and asked what was going on. They put the car on the machine and determined it was in fact the transmission and contacted the warranty company. The warranty company covered the repair 100% and we had the car back a week later.
