“I had the misfortune of being in an accident. However, from the accident, I was very fortunate to find my way to L&M Body Shop. I met Kendall and Allie who were my guides through the whole process, including contacting Enterprise for a rental. After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. I really appreciate Billy's attention to detail for my 2014 Honda, and the professional quality work of his staff, who returned it to me, looking like new.”

My experience definitely had a rough start. After my car was “finished” the first time, we quickly realized that several of the original issues had not been fixed—and some were actually worse or had been completely missed. I was honestly baffled that I was allowed to drive off the lot near closing time with my car in that condition.
I called the next day and explained everything that was going on, and Eric immediately stepped up. Within just a few hours, he had me in a rental car and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car and have it looked at again. He made sure it was sent to a more reliable mechanic rather than back to NTB, where I had not had a good experience.
From that point on, both Eric and the team at Precision Tune kept me updated throughout the entire process. Within 48 hours, I had my car back, everything was properly fixed, and it was driving even better than before!
While the experience didn’t start out the way I had hoped, I really appreciate how Eric took ownership of the situation and made sure it was handled quickly and professionally. Things can go wrong, but how someone handles it afterward makes all the difference—and Eric absolutely made it right.

He spent weeks looking for the correct used part and saved hundreds for us on a broken sliding van door sensor. My other car had a fuel leak from a cracked sending unit and he cleared out his day to repair it the very next morning because it was a safety hazard. He took the time to correct work from a body shop that messed up my bumper repair.”

“My son broke down on his way home form college near the shop on US 1 at midnight. I called at 7am as soon as they opened and they said to bring it right down. They immediately diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it within two hours. Price was reasonable. They were super helpful and could have taken advantage of a stranded traveler, but instead were very helpful. I highly recommend.”
“I HIGHLY recommend Alex’s Tire Depot and Road service. My tire had a long, thick bolt in it and I needed to fix it immediately. Edin arrived earlier than he stated on a Sunday morning. I was so anxious that the tire could not be fixed with a plug but Edin assured me in the most kind and calm manner that my tire was going to be just fine. He offered for me to come to the shop when it was open and he would also patch it if I wanted.
Because of the immediate response that I received and the amazing service I got, I will absolutely use this company and I will be telling others to do so as well!!!”

“Came here to replace my exhaust manifolds that were warped on my Ram 1500. The service here was awsome! The manager even let me use his truck while they were fixing mine, LIKE WHO DOES THAT! These guys here take care of you! I wish all of the Midas businesses were like this one! My truck runs so good now! I would literally drive from New Mexico all the way out here to Virginia to get stuff done on my vehicles. I totally recommend this place and I definitely will be coming back here from now on for sure!”

“I was recommended by my regular mechanic shop to go here for a more economical repair of exhaust issues I was having on my car. Mr. Rolfe was incredibly kind, and without hesitation worked me into their schedule for the very next day. When I brought my car in, he was very transparent about what repairs were needed and their related cost, and what he ultimately quoted me at was even a little bit less than what my regular mechanic had estimated for potential cost. I only had to wait about 2 1/2 hours for the repairs to be made, which surprised me given the shop seemed very busy! Mr. Rolfe was communicative throughout the entire process, making sure to check in with me every time he had an update, in addition to being very personable during our interactions. I really appreciated their efforts to get my issues resolved in a timely and fiscally-reasonable manner, and I will consider returning in the future if the need ever arises!”
