“Oasis in Virginia!! This location is perfect for many travelers (executives and families), and the hotel staff make it far beyond the norm. Form the ladies that check you in and run the front counter to the crew at the lounge with the bar. They strive and come thought when it comes to excellent hospitality. These staff are very attentive and exceptionally well mannered. The Breakfast staff through the week and on the weekend make you feel like you are a prime guest no matter who you are. From spotless meeting rooms, the above par gym and pool, to the laundry area. Everything is well maintained and clean. The room service and cleaning were something that made you feel welcome when you came back to your room after a long day. Even the outside area was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The managers were amazing and always happy to see you no matter what the reason. Close to several restaurants and shopping this location is what many hope for as the travel. If the owner reads this, you have exceptional staff who go above and beyond, and they need to be acknowledged for their work.”

“Great location, but damp odor issue
Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect if you're catching the Auto Train — it's right next door — and it's also super convenient to the freeway for easy access.
Unfortunately, both our room and the hallway had a persistent damp/musty smell that we couldn't ignore. It didn't ruin the stay, but it's worth mentioning for anyone sensitive to that kind of thing. Might be worth the hotel looking into ventilation or moisture issues in that area.
Would consider staying again given the convenience and friendly staff, but hoping the smell gets addressed.”
“The service was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a horrible experience at the Day's Inn (Extremely dirty hotel, we walked in the room and before we even put our bags down we walked back out) and we needed a room for the night. The lady at the front (I can't remember her name, but I believe she was Indian) was very helpful and when she saw me later that evening she asked me was everything ok and was I satisfied with the room. After what my wife and I just went through, I really appreciated her asking.”

“The rooms were in excellent condition and the location couldn't have been more convenient for our needs. Most of the employees were very friendly, but one of the morning front desk employees just always had a scowl and gave the impression that she really didn't like her job. We were also skipped by housekeeping one day which wasn't a big deal but was disappointing.
Overall, it was a good experience and we'll be back.”
““Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. The suite style room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great bonus for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated as well. I would definitely stay here again.””

“Well this has been an excellent experience discovering this place, ample parking place good breakfast free laundry you can buy the supplies from front desk office or use yours, I would highly appreciate Hannah who helped us book this place she was extremely courteous and kind showed us the rooms made our stay amazing smiling face greeting with kindness, she is the star of front desk office her customer service is great. I would highly recommend this place near to shopping area and good service.”
“This particular Comfort Suites is one of my favorites. From the layout of the property, to the fact that all suites are, in fact, very spacious 1 BR suites. Staff is always attentive and more than willing to attempt to accommodate every reasonable request. I will certainly return to this property.”

“Great stop for families heading north from Florida or anywhere!
We drove up from Florida with our five kids and stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Triangle/Quantico, and it was a really pleasant experience. The night attendant was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived late—made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free after a long day on the road.
Breakfast was basic but tasty, and it hit the spot for the whole family. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the Marine Corps Museum or just need a convenient stop near Quantico off I-95.
We’ll definitely stay here again on future trips. Highly recommend it as a solid, family-friendly stopping point in the area! Say hi to Patel and Jay when you visit 🤗”

“Very good prices, great location, spacious rooms and very quiet...Just what I needed...and I don't what all these other comments are about regarding the front desk. They were totally ice and accommodating to me the entire week I was there. Ricardo was especially warm....real people person.
The only thing really: Gotta upgrade the rooms and better train the cleaning staff.”
