“Stayed for just a night - located right near all the shopping and 95. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and showers had good water pressure.
We tried the hot tub out… it was more like lukewarm tub and the water was murky. We turned on the bubbles and it got colder and more murky. I think the staff need to fix that.
Otherwise overall pleasant stay!”

“The service was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a horrible experience at the Day's Inn (Extremely dirty hotel, we walked in the room and before we even put our bags down we walked back out) and we needed a room for the night. The lady at the front (I can't remember her name, but I believe she was Indian) was very helpful and when she saw me later that evening she asked me was everything ok and was I satisfied with the room. After what my wife and I just went through, I really appreciated her asking.”

“The rooms were in excellent condition and the location couldn't have been more convenient for our needs. Most of the employees were very friendly, but one of the morning front desk employees just always had a scowl and gave the impression that she really didn't like her job. We were also skipped by housekeeping one day which wasn't a big deal but was disappointing.
Overall, it was a good experience and we'll be back.”

“CLEAN!!! You can’t get closer to Carowinds than this! Great rates, breakfast was exactly what you’d expect, the pool was quite small so in the evening when lots of people/kids were there it felt tiny, hardly any move to room without bumping into others. Will definitely stay whenever we come to Carowinds.”

“Mary has been so helpfull to ilus on this stay, i am currently staying here with my kids and its a good place, good family enviroment we feel safe front desk is friendly except for two front desk clerks but i try not to go when they in front. Other then that everything is perfect i live it my kids love it and thats what matters.!!! Mary, Flor and a man i don’t recall his name but they always nice and finding ways to make my stay pleasant.”

“i've stayed at this location several times in the past year. it's always clean, mostly quiet, and the location is tucked away so it feels even more quiet. all the staff are polite and helpful. Mr. Patel is especially great and personable, though he's the only I've had most interaction with the other staff have also been polite. it always feels very safe when i stay. it meets all my qualifications - safe, quiet, functional, and CLEAN. never had issues with rooms smelling or seeing bugs. shower has consistently great water pressure and heat. microwave and refrigerator always work and are always clean. never had issues with the bed or linen being dirty or smelly.
my only issues with the rooms is that the outlets are old so sometimes only one outlet next to the bed works. that is easily rectified by bringing an extension cord for the one or two outlets next to the bed that do work or for the one that's a little further across the room that consistently works.
for a place to sleep comfortably, this hotel is great.”

“Staff is friendly night and morning! Good for the price! $89! The bedroom didn't smell bad which is a plus! And the bed was clean so that makes it a good place for the price! Other than that the place is old BUT new means high price!
If planning to sleep longer during morning ask for uper level room because if you are in the ground level you will hear everyone walking upstairs
Only needed a place to crush until morning so it wasn't bad for me in this location!”
