My Nissan had given out on me, and I was trying to find something reliable without jumping into a new car note. I didn’t have a lot of time to search, but I knew I needed something solid and affordable fast. I originally purchased a Mercury Milan from Express Auto, but deep down, I really wanted an SUV. At the time, they didn’t have one available, so I settled.
A few days later, I saw they posted a Lexus SUV. I took a chance to just ask if a trade might be possible. I was okay if they said no but closed mouths don’t get fed….Not only did they say that they could make it work but they made it easy.They were fair, upfront, and worked with me on the price difference. Even though the taxes and warranty had already been processed on the Milan, they didn’t nickel and dime me or take advantage. They gave me a fresh 90-day warranty on the Lexus and made sure everything was handled the right way.Then just a few days later, something unexpected happened: the Lexus wouldn’t move forward at a stoplight. I messaged them that night, and they were out there first thing the next morning. They test drove it, checked everything over, and drove it back to the shop to look into it. And they didn’t leave me stranded, they let me drive the Milan again while they figure out what’s going on.
Most dealerships would’ve said, “you bought it, it’s yours.” But not them.They showed up, cared and kept their word. I’m sending my son to them next, because I trust them. THEY ARE FAIR!! And I love that, If you’re in Richmond and looking for a car, go to Express Auto.”

“I purchased a used vehicle at a very reasonable price from Andy at AA about 3 years ago and it gave me very good service, and he told me about everything that might be a problem with it at the time, he is a very honest guy, so when I needed another vehicle on a very short notice, but did not want to buy a new one, I came back, and he came through again.
I am well pleased so far with the vehicle that he found for me on a very short notice, and I recommend that if you need something to get around town with and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it, you should check him out. He does not have a very large selection at any given time, maybe 7 or 8 vehicles, and he usually sells those down before he gets in another batch of 7 or 8 vehicles, but it pays to call him even if you do not see one that you want on the website, as the next batch is likely being serviced and made ready already, even though they are not fully ready for sale yet.
And if you are not in a very big hurry, and have the time to wait, he might be able to let you know when he gets in what you want.”

“I visited Midlothian Mercedes to test drive the GLB 250 simply because they had the earliest available appointment. Honestly, I was fully set on heading to my Volvo appointment afterward—I was convinced the XC60 was the car for me.

He took the time to walk me through several models, including the CLA, GLB, and GLC. At first, I wasn’t particularly moved, mostly because I had prior experience with the XC60 and thought nothing could top it. “I love working with these guys! We just bought our SECOND car from Chris and Auto Discounters! What I love about this place are the variety of cars and how budget- and value-conscious the dealership seems to be. Their inventory tends to be older cars, maybe high-mileage to some (but usually for the age of the cars, the mileage isn't bad at all!). What I'm trying to say is that they seem to balance affordability, quality, age of the car, and mileage. To me, that's a winning combination (as someone who only buys used cars). Chris is a DELIGHT to work with. He's always been fair and upfront with us.
