“Not going to tell you what to buy or what not to buy but I am ASE certified in Coolant and oil recycling. The "recycled" anti freeze here is filtered with an old sock in the bottom of a rusty steel drum. The only thing recycled about it is when you put it in your car. Chesterfield auto parts is a wonderful place to get parts. That's about it. Don't bother walking in there with a story either because they canned the only guy that actually enjoyed talking to the customers. A bad employee isn't always a corrupt employee. Sometimes just being a jerk is what makes you a bad apple. And Chesterfield auto parts has an orchard of them. They will have this review removed most likely. But in reality if you stop buying antifreeze that would cause major issues because they have enough problems allocating the antifreeze every year as it is. The stuff is great if you're trying to test a radiator though. The antifreeze has its purpose but IT IS NOT "recycled" as they claim it to be. I went to school for that stuff I would know. Also if you were looking to make a documentary on OSHA violation's this place is an absolute gold mine for ya. The pictures and videos I have alone are violation worthy. There is also an employee at the Southside location that speaks EXTREMELY POORLY of I would say about 95% of the clientele as soon as they leave the sales floor. Will even go back on camera and show multiple employees and proceed to slander the people they are doing business with. Yes, this a person of authority. Still. A wonderful place to purchase used auto parts. 10/10”

“I love working with these guys! We just bought our SECOND car from Chris and Auto Discounters! What I love about this place are the variety of cars and how budget- and value-conscious the dealership seems to be. Their inventory tends to be older cars, maybe high-mileage to some (but usually for the age of the cars, the mileage isn't bad at all!). What I'm trying to say is that they seem to balance affordability, quality, age of the car, and mileage. To me, that's a winning combination (as someone who only buys used cars). Chris is a DELIGHT to work with. He's always been fair and upfront with us. He offers the extra services if you need them, such as tags, registration, etc. While I don't look forward to our next car purchase (haha), I will always look forward to working with Chris. I called Mike and he went to every length to fix it, even taking it to the Maza dealership up the road when the problem turned out to be the computer, which was not covered by the warranty. I had several cars to choose from ( 15) and all of them were under 80,000 miles and right at my price point.
The interior was clean and the exterior was too My oil and tires in great shape and I was very pleased. So, that part is out of the way.... LET'S GET INTO THIS REVIEW!
The people: my sales person Mr Lewis missed his lunch to help me .Why is that important?? He was dedicated to the PERSON and could tell I was nervous. Also, he didn't pressure me and he was very helpful and respectful.
The finance manager: this part: looked at my MONEY and saw my ABILITY! He looked at what was on paper and counseled me through Mr Lewis. Why is that important?? He made sure my salesman could explain it to me AND coached along the way!! I loved that !
The back office: we prayed together ❤️ about the rain and the storms and NOT a drop hit them as they helped me and they all got home safe.
They helped me with my app to set up my payment and made sure I CAN be successful in my payments on time! No cash on hand for the down payment or like me you forgot it at home.... No problem: Visa/ MC/ Discover and Tap Pay.
