“We've always gotten great service at Randy's but I had an exception experience recently. I've had a Benchmade knife for several years, but I broke the tip off the blade quite some time ago. In seeing the "knife of the week" videos that Christian shares on social media, I learned that Randy's was a Benchmade dealer so I took the knife into the Timberville store to get feedback on what could be done. To my surprise, Christian took care of sending the knife back to the company for repair. Although I also receiving shipping notifications from the carrier, Christian also contacted me directly to let me know when it was back. The knife is as good as new! Thanks so much for being a great locally owned retailer that focuses on providing outstanding customer service!”
“We go in about twice a month to buy feed, medicine, and just look around. The employees are very kind, and help us when we need it. We find good buys, and most of our stuff comes from here. We enjoy the prices of things as well. We also love when the little chickens and and ducks are in! Definitely one of my favorite stores in Timberville.”
