“Was out looking at real estate. Left home without breakfast. Found this little tucked out of the way spot. Had a great country style breakfast. Big fan of grits cooked right. Talked to locals sitting at other tables. Very friendly. My server we used to call them waitresses was quite interesting and attentive. Worth a stop.”
“Food is really really good. Totally unexpected for the location, a little out of the way but well worth it. Lots of colors in the fall. We always eat there when we are in the area. Dessert (baked I house by Sara) is awesome too!”

“We stayed in the room above the store and it was the perfect location; very close to Grayson Highlands State park. There's a beautiful creek that runs behind the store for guests to enjoy. Paula is a wonderful hostess and answered any questions we had about check-in. The food was excellent, especially the cinnamon bun bread pudding we had for breakfast. It was a highlight of our trip.Rooms: Room was clean and spacious and also came with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and table.Nearby activities: Close to entrance of Grayson Highland State parkFood & drinks: Delicious breakfast casserole and cinnamon bun bread pudding.”
