The clerk answered the phone quickly, walked over to the items while on the phone and confirmed that they were in stock. Upon arriving, my items were on the counter, and while I needed more than he had laid out, they too were in stock. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience, and by the look of things in the store, they are brimming with merchandise, and had the appearance of a real hardware store. No more trips to Lowes or Home Depot for us.”
