Fortunately, Philip was able to squeeze me in the same day and he did an amazing job; you can't even tell the Ram badges were ever there. My fender flares fit as expected and look great. The fact that a gas station with clean bathrooms begets a glowing review is proof that we live in a dystopia, but one has to highlight the good to hopefully raise the standard. “Stopped at pilot this morning Feb 27th and the pumps were not accepting fleet cards and had to go inside and pay...there were a few people waiting in line and the clerk was not only handling everyone but also greeting new customers who entered the store. I gentleman came into the store and demanded a receipt even though there were people already in line and Doris handles the situation so calmly and told him sir you have to wait their are other customers in front of you...he got a little belligerent but she remained calm and took care of 2 more customers and gave him the receipt while telling him to have a nice day. Pilot can we get more people like this in the store who have not only a heart but outstanding customer service skills. Again thank you Doris for all you do for the cdl and regular drivers”

“Car broke down outside of town during 85 degree heat and Willa let me sit inside the store to cool off until the tow truck came. Greatly appreciate the hospitality and kindness, saved me and my dog from a terrible situation.”
